As founder and principle of Frezza Tax & Financial Services, Tony is an 20 year veteran in the financial service industry.
As a graduate of the University of Florida College Of Pharmacy in 1989, Tony spent the first part of his professional career working as an institutional pharmacist in the Orlando area. In 1995 he entered the financial service industry not with the intent of changing careers but in search of objective financial answers and solutions to benefit his family. The quest led to a career change and the establishment of Frezza Tax & Financial Services.
Tony has extensive experience in developing innovative and efficient solutions to achieve the desired goals of his clients and their businesses. His professional focus is on taxation, financial planning, and small business concerns. He has served as a financial officer for multiple organizations, an adjunct collegiate program facilitator, and board member for both U.S. and international companies.
His licensure and certifications include Certified Financial Planner®, Enrolled Agent with the Internal Revenue Service, a licensed registered pharmacist with the State of Florida, and a Series 65 with FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority).
Linda D. Smith, Enrolled Agent, NTPI Fellow
Linda D. Smith started with and has been a part of ATI Professional Services in Orlando since 1982. She is an Orlando native and grew up right down the street from Lake Eola Park.
Ms. Smith completed her degree in Business Administration, accounting/finance with honors. She is an Enrolled Agent; a nationally Accredited Tax Advisor; Accredited Business Accountant, Certified Divorce Financial Analyst, and is a “Fellow” of the National Tax Practice Institute, past President of the Central Florida Chapter of the Florida Society of Accountants, and Florida Society of Enrolled Agents 2014-2015 Speakers’ Chair and Best Practice Workshop Facilitator. She is also licensed with the Florida Department of Insurance for life & health.
Linda is a member of the Florida Society of Enrolled Agents, National Association of Enrolled Agents, Florida Society of Professional Accountants, National Society of Accountants, the National Tax Practice Institute Educational Foundation, the Florida Academy of Professional Mediators, the Accreditation Council for Accountancy and Taxation, and the Veterinary Advisory Team-Trusted Professionals for Your Veterinary Practice.
Linda speaks and teaches on various tax planning issues for professional associations, college community service groups, Internal Revenue Service’s Community Outreach, V.I.T.A. and Valencia Community College Tax Practitioner’s Seminar. Her articles on various tax planning issues have appeared in the Central Florida Business Review, the Orlando Business Journal, the Practical Accountant and other publications. Ms. Smith is experienced to provide financial information and tax assistance to individuals and businesses alike.
On a personal note, Linda is a proud sponsor of the Southeastern Guide Dogs and the Orlando Union Rescue Mission – a local Orlando shelter.

Judi Ionadi was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, moving to Florida in 2010 to escape the cold winters of the northeast and to be close to family members who relocated to Florida over the years.
Prior to starting her career in the accounting profession in 2014, she held a variety of management positions within the hospitality and convention industry. She has a successful tenure in customer service and draws on this experience as she places a high value on business services.
As our Operations Manager, Judi enjoys working with challenging situations to ensure an efficient flow of the office associated with the daily management of a thriving financial services company.
Judi is married and has a daughter in college. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling and entertaining.
Tara M. Morris, RTRP, Administration Manager
Tara M. Morris is also an Orlando Native, graduating from Oak Ridge High School in 1993. Her first position was with a local restaurant chain where she quickly moved up through the ranks and found herself in the corporate office accounting department. During the next 11 years, Tara moved on to other employment venues including local hotels, and a property management firm, gaining extensive accounting and payroll experience. In 2005, Tara joined ATI Professional Services.
Tara is not only Linda’s right hand and Administration Manager, she is a Registered Tax Return Preparer and also assumes client responsibilities performing general accounting, bookkeeping, payroll and tax preparation.
Tara is married and has 11 children. Since 2009 Tara has been a Trained Volunteer with the IRS Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (V.I.T.A.) Program. Tara has also been studying American Sign Language at Valencia Jr. College and has earned a Certificate of Proficiency. She hopes to one day qualify as an ASL interpreter.
Ashley White, Client Services Coordinator
Ashley White was born in Gainesville Florida moving soon after to Orlando. Graduating from Colonial High School in 2002 she worked in food management and as a certified Chrysler warranty administrator. Ashley brings her warm smile as our Client Services Coordinator.
Ashley and her fiancée enjoy spending time in all things outdoors with their 9-year-old daughter.
Mitch Herold was born in Richmond, Indiana. He moved to Florida when he was three and grew up in Merritt Island, FL.
Prior to starting his career in the Investment Advisory industry he spent the last 4 years in the personal lines Insurance industry.
He graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in business management where he also played baseball for the Knights. He was drafted in the 2008 MLB draft where he played 4 seasons of minor league baseball with the Boston Red Sox organization.
Mitch is married with two children. He enjoys spending time with his family as well as playing golf and watching sports.
He currently holds his Series 65 license with FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority).
